Most orders are dispatched within 7 days. We will email you once your order has shipped. This email will say that part, or all of your order is on the way. The shipping times can be found on our Shipping Page.

We have products stocked in different locations. When you order multiple items we may ship them separately so that you get them faster. So don’t worry if you don’t receive all your items at once.

YES. You can get Free Shipping! The ofter at the top of the screen is still valid for Free Pins as well. If you spend over $15 you can grab both Free Pins and Free Shipping, I bet you’ve never seen a great deal like that before.
Shipping for free pins takes longer to arrive due to choosing the most cost-effective shipping method. Normally 18-48 days after they are sent out for US orders. This was the only way it is possible to run that promotion.
